Terms of Service Agreement
Terms of Sale
The Terms of Sale are an integral part of Dr. Shine My Ride’s Terms of Use and constitute additional terms that all Users or guests must adhere to when using the Service. By booking online or via phone with Dr. Shine My Ride, you are required to review and accept the terms and conditions of the booking before scheduling an appointment. Upon making an appointment, you are legally bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Service Packages
Dr. Shine My Ride offers different car detailing options for different car types. Prices and detail package contents are subject to change at Dr. Shine My Ride’s discretion at any time; all such changes will be reflected on www.drshinemyride.com.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Dr. Shine My Ride accepts cash, zelle, venmo, check, debit, credit cards. Any Card Declined will lead Dr. Shine My Ride to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. Dr. Shine My Ride will start a collection process 48 hours after getting the customer’s credit card refused.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing. Dr. Shine My Ride will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle, or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area, and if you feel otherwise, please communicate your concerns with your car detailing specialist. All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service. We reserve the right to take debit or credit card details to secure the booking. Debit/credit cards shall be processed by housecallpro.com. We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels, and/or weather conditions, and/or machinery or equipment failure. Dr. Shine My Ride reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $100 (or proportion there of) for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booking at the discretion of Dr. Shine My Ride. A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours before the due date. However, inside of the 24-hour period, a $100 fee is charged to help compensate our technician assigned to the job. This rule applies for any retail priced car detail.
Satisfaction Policy
If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone (602-589-2299), email (team@drshinemyride.com), or text message (602-589-2299). Pictures of the area must be texted or emailed to (team@drshinemyride.com) within 24 hours of the claim being made.
Appointment Time
Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, our technician might arrive late. Please allow a 30-60 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. Dr. Shine My Ride shall do its best to let you know about any delay of delivery.
Coupon & Referral Policy
From time to time, Dr. Shine My Ride may offer a referral program which enables you to earn credits redeemable for Dr. Shine My Ride services through our referral program. Note that combining credits & coupons is not possible. To qualify for credits, the referred customer must be a new customer of Dr. Shine My Ride and use your referral code for the Services. You may not collect referrals by: self-referring by using multiple or false names, identities, accounts, or email addresses; referring anyone who is an existing Dr. Shine My Ride customer, including an existing customer with an account under an alternate email address; using spam or sending unsolicited emails to persons they don’t personally know to collect referrals, or otherwise violating any applicable law, rule, regulation, or third party terms of use; posting on message boards, public forums, coupon sites, or other online venues; permitting another individual to use the referring customer’s account; referring fake people to Dr. Shine My Ride, impersonating another person, or otherwise providing Dr. Shine My Ride with false or misleading information; using the Referral Link in any manner that is disparaging or that otherwise portrays Dr. Shine My Ride in a negative light; or referring customers in violation of any other restriction we impose on participants in our referral program in our discretion upon prior notice. If Dr. Shine My Ride determines in its sole discretion that there has been a violation of these terms, Dr. Shine My Ride reserves the right to cancel or rescind any accrued credits and/or determine that either or both the referred customer and referring customer are ineligible to participate in this or future offers. Referring customers may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Dr. Shine My Ride reserves the right to void, verify or adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.

Service Agreement
Service Agreement
By booking or using Dr. Shine My Ride’s car detailing services, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legal agreement between you and Dr. Shine My Ride LLC (“Contractor”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
Cancelation Policy
24-48+ hours notice: No fee
Less than 24 hours notice: $100 fee
Client not present or vehicle unable to be detailed upon arrival: Full service amount charged up to $250
In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, the same cancellation policy applies. Please provide at least 24-48 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
Dr. Shine My Ride reserves the right to cancel or reschedule based on staffing, traffic, weather, or equipment issues. Gift certificate appointments follow the same cancellation policy.
Late Arrival
Dr. Shine My Ride reserves the right to arrive up to 1 hour behind schedule. Sometimes job schedules are tight and we may need to push your appointment back a bit. Traffic can also have an impact on arrival times. We ask that you be patient with our arrival.
Notification of Delays: If we anticipate a delay of more than 1 hour, we will notify you as soon as possible to adjust your expectations accordingly.
Vehicle Access, Operation & Service Quality
When booking our services, you agree to provide Dr. Shine My Ride personnel with access and keys to your vehicle to perform auto-related services such as detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction and other cosmetic enhancement services. Dr. Shine My Ride endeavors to perform services to a high standard, aiming for a clean, damage-free exterior and spotless interior. To ensure your satisfaction, we encourage your participation in the final inspection upon completion of our services. Any concerns must be communicated within 24 hours of service completion.
Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitation Of Liability
Dr. Shine My Ride takes great care to ensure the safety and quality of our services. While we have never experienced any damaging incidents in the past, we understand the importance of transparency and accountability. Therefore, our maximum liability is limited to the total dollar amount of each job. This means that in the unlikely event of any damages occurring during our services, we will take full responsibility up to the service amount agreed upon. We strive to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all our operations to provide you with a worry-free experience.
Fees, Service Terms & Payment
The fee for our services is the “Total Cost” indicated when you book an appointment with us. If the job exceeds the estimate by over 20%, additional fees will be confirmed with you. Payment is due the day upon completion via Credit Card, Debit, Zelle, Venmo, Cash or Check. Late payments may incur a 10% fee plus 0.5% daily interest until paid. You agree to pay Dr. Shine My Ride collection costs if applicable.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our services, please inform us promptly. We are committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction. Our team will return to address any missed areas to the best of their abilities. In certain circumstances, we may also offer a partial refund as appropriate.
Safety
You must disclose any harmful substances in the vehicle prior to detailing. You are responsible for any health/safety issues arising from your vehicle.
Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before our technicians begin detailing. Dr. Shine My Ride is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle during our services.
Feedback, Termination & Governing Law
We welcome your feedback at team@drshinemyride.com. By booking our services, you agree that Dr. Shine My Ride may use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes unless you object in writing. This agreement is governed by Arizona law. By booking and using Dr. Shine My Ride’s services, you certify that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the vehicle’s legal owner and are 18+ years of age. You agree to indemnify and hold Dr. Shine My Ride harmless from any claims or damages arising from your lack of authority to enter into this agreement.
